I am a coach, and certified yoga and meditation teacher. My approach lies in guiding people to live in the present moment. All of our fears, negativity, anxiety and suffering begin with identifying with thoughts about the past or the future. When you live life in the present there is nothing to fear.

Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and spiritual and mindful coaching principles, I guide individuals toward a state of presence—establishing the foundation for peace, joy, and a deeply fulfilling life.

Why do I do this work? Because I have personally experienced the depths of suffering that obsessive overthinking can create. Having found a pathway through, it is now my mission to share this journey with others.

My Purpose

I've always had a desire to give back and help make the world a better place.

In actual fact the underlying drive for becoming a professional Rugby player was to be in a position to do this.

Due to recent events, this has come about quicker than I thought but I couldn't be more happier or feel more joy than that feeling I get when I see an individual grow.
